Multi-line copper coating line for MIG wire production

This line is used for CO2 welding wire copper coating line production, multi-line (Max. 20 lines are adopted at the same tank)

The line is composed of Pay-off machine, alkali cleaning tank, acid cleaning tank, copper coating tank, water cleaning tank, polishing tank, polishing and traction machine and take-up machine.

Multiple type of wire cleaning ways is adopted, so that the lubricant on the surface of wire could be removed effectively, insuring the copper coating quality.

Multiple line of wires are working in the same tank, each line has separated pay-off unit, dancer, polishing and traction unit and take-up machine.

For MIG CO2 welding wire (0.8mm-2.0mm), the copper coating line speed be 5m/s

For SAW wire (2.0mm-5.0mm), the copper coating line speed be 2-3m/s
